Are we still fasting?
Yes, Tuesday is the corporate Fasting day for the Freedom Church family and friends.
How long are we Fasting?
Until Jesus, the Christ, our Lord and Savior comes back.
Do we Fast all day?
Yes, ideally the goal is to Fast all day. However, grace is applied to the Fast and a 12 hour Fast is also acceptable.
I take medication prescribed by my medical care provider, can I Fast?
Most medications need to be taken with food. As always, USE WISDOM, talk to your medical care provider, and by all means PRAY.
Can I Fast from other things?
In essence, yes. But you should also follow the Fast from food consumption.
